Every system the firm ships is built with audit-replayability as a first-class concern. Decision artifacts produced inside client environments are reproducible from canonical inputs, and the audit trail captures the regime, the data, the decision, and the operator.
Capital rails engineered by the firm produce on-chain attestation receipts at every consequential step. Off-chain audit trails reconcile against the on-chain record. The attestation surface is the canonical record.
The firm engages with institutional counterparties only. The decision is mutual. Engagements are not subscriptions, and the firm reserves the right to decline at any stage.
Engagement data lives inside the client's environment by default. The firm operates a control plane that communicates with the data plane only over signed, audited channels. The audit boundary remains where the client's auditor expects it.
